Three steps up from the kitchen you’ll discover the charming space that we affectionately call the sunroom. It is a lean-to conservatory room that is so quiet and peaceful. It is absolutely beautiful in the mornings; listen to the birdsong as you’re having your coffee or tea. It’s also the way out into the backyard.

The sunroom is equipped with two yoga mats, weights, and stretch bands so you can easily transform the space into your personal exercise sanctuary. The graceful writing desk is the perfect place to read, write, or attend Zoom meetings.

The sunroom boasts lace curtains that close for privacy – or open them up and let the sun stream through. This versatile space also embraces the practical: it makes a convenient and private space to dry your clothes indoors. Simply move the drying rack from the laundry romm into the sunroom and you can discreetly dry your clothing without having to step outside.

While the sunroom isn’t heated, it gets so much warmth from the sun. So it is definitely more versatile in the spring, summer, or fall, but in winter, it makes a great second larder. So this is our spring, summer, and fall yoga room, exercise room, writing room, and laundry drying room. It’s yours, and it’s the way out into the backyard.
