House Etiquette

Please be respectful of neighbours, please keep the noise down after 10 pm.
No outdoor shoes in the house.
No smoking inside the house whatsoever.
Up to two small dogs are allowed – please submit a request when booking.
No parties – other than dinner parties!
Private garage available for guests to park an ATV, or to store bikes, and motorcycles.
Please note we do operate an active exterior Ring doorbell cam, situated at the main front door to protect the security of our guests and the property. The camera device records limited-time entry events; its reach covers the front entryway and the paved front garden area only.
During your stay, you may well meet our window cleaner Allan or our gardener Patrick – we’re sure you’ll appreciate the squeaky clean windows and freshly cut grass.
